Fuel not loaded on Working Title CJ4 when exceeding max weight

I noticed on one flight that fuel was not loaded on Working Title CJ4.
I think it was because the fuel + payload combination exceeded max weight.

I’ll try to replicate it on my next WT CJ4 flight.

Do you know if this still is an issue? Or are able to replicate?
