How do I get my paid pilots to fly? I know I need them to sign a contract but where do I do this please?

Are you talking to one of the virtual pilots?
What do you mean get them to fly? If you want the virtual pilots to complete your flights, they can’t do it as this is not possible ‘yet’ as far as I am aware.
Now if you are talking about human pilots then you need to offer a contract and they need to own their aircraft, yet own not rent. This is as much as I know.
